Girl killed by uncle for ‘honour’

OKARA: A girl was shot dead by her uncle for ‘honour’ at Hayatpur village on Monday. Accused Saeed had doubted on the character of his niece Rabia, daughter of Allah Ditta. On the day of the incident, the accused allegedly shot Rabia dead. Chuchak police have started investigation after registering a case.

Boy Killed: A 12-year-old boy was allegedly murdered by his real uncle over a family dispute at 28/2L village on Monday. Muhammad Akram and his family were sleeping at their home when his accused brother Muhammad Aslam, nephew Imran, brother-in-law Nazir and two unidentified people forced their entry into the house and allegedly killed Akram’s son Sibtain with the help of a sharp-edged weapon.
