A seminar of scholars and heads of seminaries of all schools of thought in the country will be held in Lahore on March 29 to promote harmony.
This was decided at a meeting of Ulema Board of All Schools of Thought Monday. The meeting was chaired by Maulana Asim Makhdoom, says a press release. Maulana Asim Makhdoom said the seminar would prove to be a milestone in creating harmony and working relationship among different schools of thought in the country.
The meeting was participated by Maulana Asadullah Farooq, Allama Asghar Chishti, Maulana Abdul Wahid Salafi, Allama Irshad Hussain and Allama Yunus Hasan. The meeting constituted different committees for coordination, administration, security, media and social media.
