Activists quit ANP
NOWSHERA: The differences in the Awami National Party (ANP) continue to grow over the distribution of tickets as the party's Risalpur chapter president along with supporters quit the party.
ANP Risalpur chapter president Gul Zaman, who had been associated with the party for the last 40 years, has started consultation with party workers to devise the future line of action. The differences emerged after the Parliamentary Board ignored Gul Zaman on PK-16.
Other workers, including Danial, Raz Muhammad, Hamid Khan and Nadim Khan tendered resignation alleging that the party had ignored the ideological workers in the distribution of tickets. The disgruntled workers convened a meeting of their supporters for December 24 to devise the future course of action.
