SUKKUR: Nawaz Sharif and the fake Khan [Imran Khan] have pushed the country into external and internal problems and the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is the solution to all these problems. Nawaz is in Allah’s grip and the fake Khan does not know how to run the country.
This was expressed by Pakistan People’s Party Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari who attended the marriage ceremony of Syed Ameer Ali Shah, who is the son of MPA Syed Ali Mardan Shah in the Kharoro Syed village. Later, he attended a reception hosted by PPP MNA Nawab Yousuf Talpur near Kunri, where he addressed a public gathering and met members of the local government and heard their issues here on Sunday.
At the public gathering, the PPP co-chairman said: “Once again, we will snatch power to steer the country out of economic problems. The Nawaz League [PML-N] cannot dare to face hardships like the PPP. For 60 years, the rulers did not remember the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor; however, when it was initiated, everyone started coming forward to benefit themselves from it.”
Zardari said: “Serving humanity is the primary duty of the PPP. The Sharif family has put the country in problems, but only the PPP leadership knows how to steer the country out of problems and bring revolutionary development.”
He said that the next government would be formed by the PPP because the Sharifs were no longer innocent and the fake Khan [Imran Khan] had only hollow claims.
He said, “Those who have been making the nation fool in the name of new Pakistan do not know what is needed to run a country and how to make it strong, stable, rich, developed and peaceful.
It will only be possible if I will come in power.” He said Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto were martyred for their love of people. He also announced to hold a huge public gathering in Umerkot soon.
MNA PPP Nawab Yousuf Talpur said he was one of the pioneering members of the PPP and faced hardships when martial law was imposed.
He added that he had always been in contact with voters and the PPP leadership.
Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, Sindh PPP President Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Home Minister Suhail Anwar Siyal and other PPP leaders accompanied the PPP co-chairman.
