KARACHI: There was finally good news for Pakistan as the country’s unseeded players Aqeel Khan and Shahzad Khan clinched the doubles title in the Serena Hotels ITF Futures Tennis Tournament 2017 at the Pakistan Tennis Federation Complex in Islamabad on Saturday.Aqeel and Shahzad defeated Luka Pavlovic of France and Spaniard Pere Riba in straight sets 7-6(3), 7-6 (4).This ITF event would help both players improve their doubles rankings.
