Women protest non-availability of gas in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Women from Faisal Colony here on Monday staged a demonstration outside the Peshawar Press Club to protest against the non-availability of natural gas for the last several days. The women carrying banners chanted slogans against the government and urged the rulers to restore gas supply to their areas and solve their problems. They warned of continuing the protest if their demand was not met as they use gas for cooking and other purposes.
