BAHAWALPUR: Tehreek Bahali Soba Bahawalpur convener Mrs Asia Kamil has said that the restoration of Bahawalpur province is the right of the locals. Addressing a seminar on the topic of ‘Bahali Soba Bahawalpur and Istehkam Pakistan’ here on Wednesday, she said Bahawalpur was a full fledged province before the One-Unit but it was not restored by the then ruler Yahya Khan. Barrister Naseem Ahmad from UK supported restoration of Bahawalpur province. He said the restoration of Bahawalpur as a province was the basic right of the locals. PKI chairman Ch M Anwar said announced support for Tehreek Bahali Soba Bahawalpur.
