Players urged to excel in World Team Squash

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC) Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada stressed on the national outfit to make all-out efforts to perform well in the Men’s World Team Squash Championship starting in French city of Marseille from November 26.
The team led by Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) secretary Tahir Sultan called on the minister. “Try to put in your best efforts to excel. Squash has always been pride of the country. It is now up to you to keep that image intact,” the minister said.
He also praised PSF for making efforts to prepare young crop. “PSF president and SVP are taking keen interest in promoting the game. Hopefully we would be able to stage renaissance in the game very soon,” Pirzada hoped.
