Peerzada asks squash team to raise country’s image

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC) Mian Riaz Hussain Peerzada stressed on national squash outfit to make all-out effort to raise country’s image by performing to their best abilities during Men’s World Team Squash starting from November 26 in French city of Marseille.
The national squash team that was led by secretary Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) Group Captain Tahir Sultan called on the Minister on Thursday. “Try to put in your best efforts to excel. Squash has always been pride of the country. It is now up to you to keep that image intact,” Minister said. He also praised PSF for making efforts to prepare young crop. “PSF president and SVP are taking keen interest in promoting the game. Hopefully we would be able to stage renaissance in the game very soon,” Riaz Hussain Peerzada hoped.
