LAHORE: PAT chairman Dr Tahirul Qadri has condemned the Police Lines blast and said bomb attacks had become a routine in the country and terrorists were sending the nation a message that they could strike and spill innocent blood anywhere, anytime. Talking to senior party leaders by phone, Tahirul Qadri said police had prior information but could not foil the attack which was a clear proof of the failure of the Punjab government. He said police were engaged in removing loudspeakers from mosques and arresting prayer leaders, so how could they concentrate on catching terrorists. He said it was time the Punjab chief minister decided if he wanted to continue doing business or to run the province. He said the Pakistan Army was fighting terrorists alone while federal and Punjab governments continued to fool the people with false hopes.
