OKARA: Renala City police have arrested two activists of a defunct organisation for alleged links with Daaish and Al-Qaeda. Those arrested are Masood and Shafqat. Police have registered a case against them under 16 MPO.
Man kills beloved’s husband

OKARA: A man gunned down his beloved’s husband at Rajowal village on Friday.
M Saleem had developed relations with Naseem Bibi, wife of M Ashraf. On the day of the incident, Ashraf saw his wife Naseem Bibi and Saleem in an objectionable condition in his house. In the meantime, Saleem allegedly shot Ashraf dead.
According to police, Naseem Bibi had eloped with her paramour Saleem sometime ago but later returned to her house through Punchayat. Hujra Shah Moqeem police have registered a case.
