CHAKWAL: City police on Friday arrested a drug pusher and recovered 1,050 grams charas and a pistol from him.
On a tip-off, the police raided and arrested Amir Waheed of Pinwal village and recovered charas and a pistol from him. The police have registered a case.
THEFT: A theft incident was reported here on Friday.
Accused Pervez and his son Waseem allegedly stole timber worth Rs 90,000 of Azam at Dhalal village. Police have registered a case. Meanwhile, Sadar police booked four accused including Tahir and Akhtar for allegedly injuring Arif, Ghulam Akhtar and Tanveer at Dharabi village.
