‘Inaam Ghar Plus’ recreates history of popularity at Geo

KARACHI: Asia’s biggest game show, ‘Inaam Ghar Plus’ has revived the history of fame and popularity as its first episode was aired Friday evening on Geo TV. The participants of the show won prizes including jewellery, motorcycles, gadgets, precious wardrobe and cash.
In addition to thrilling and exciting games, the heartening style of host of the show, Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain enthralled audience and viewers.
This marks the beginning of a journey with a number of watersheds awaiting the viewers.The Friday’s show began with fireworks after which budding popular singer Sara Raza made the ambiance lively through her melodious vocals.
The theme song of Inaam Ghar Plus sung by Sheheryar Tariq followed.The audience gave Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain a standing ovation as he came on the stage.The host said that in this era of terror and uncertainty, Inaam Ghar Plus came on the scene to make the public smile.
Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain paid rich tribute to the martyrs of Army Public School Peshawar, especially Tahira Qazi, the late principal of the institute, declaring her as the first Pakistan Ideal of Inaam Ghar Plus, in addition to announcing donation of Rs100,000 to the parents and Rs50,000 each for the children from the Mehmooda Sultana Foundation.
Talking on the phone, son of the martyred principal declared that he was proud of her mother.Meanwhile, the first car of Inaam Ghar Plus was awarded to a team that gave answers to five questions. The other two contesting teams won motorcycles.
