GUJRANWALA: Anti-Terrorism Court No-2 Judge Bushra Zaman on Monday awarded death on two counts to Ali Raza and Abdullah in an abduction-cum-murder case registered with Lalamusa police.
The judge also ordered the officers concerned to confiscate properties of the convicts. The judge acquitted co-accused Sughran Bibi and her daughter Nabila, giving them the benefit of the doubt. The prosecution said that the convicts had kidnapped class 3 student Murtaza for Rs 1 million ransom but later killed him on March 1, 2014.
