Three dead, one hurt in mishaps

Three people, including two women, were killed and an aged man was injured in different incidents on Monday.
Dr Rubeena, 52, was killed and her husband Dr Jameel, 60 was injured, when a reckless hit and run motorcycle ran over them near Dastagir No-9 while they were crossing the road.
While a motorcyclist, Kazi Zafar-ul-Islam aged 31, was knocked down to death by a speeding Clifton Cantonment Board vehicle near Defence More on Korangi Road.
After the incident area police reached the spot, seized the vehicle and arrested the driver.
According to the police the deceased was an employee at the OCS Courier Service.
Moreover, Fatima, 45, died when she accidentally fell down from the balcony of her sixth floor apartment near the Kala School in North Karachi.
