KARACHI: C Square Consulting and Cybernet have struck a deal to launch Genesys cloud based contact center in Pakistan, a statement said on Saturday.
Danish Ali Lakhani, CEO of Cybernet, said, through cloud computing, organizations can eliminate costs of implementation, management of complex technologies, to focus entirely on core competencies.
While, Ahsan Mashkoor, CEO of C Square Consulting said, the cloud will enable clients to personalize the interactions and meet their customers at several touch-points in a consistent manner.
Cloud-based contact centers allow corporations facilities, including call handling, outbound telesales/collections, reputation management, risk assessment, central recorded service and audits.
