AIOU declares BA results
Islamabad: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) on Tuesday declared final result of its BA program Semester Autumn, 2016.
The BA is one of the biggest programs of the University that benefits thousands of students from all over the country. Results of Matric, Intermediate and BEd have already been declared.
According to Controller Exams Sohaid Nazir Rana, the results have been placed at the University’s official website, and its down-load copy is also acceptable for taking admission in the next program.
Meanwhile, formal result intimation cards were also being dispatched to the students at their postal address. The results’ declaration is almost ahead of schedule and prior to closing of ongoing admissions autumn semester 2017. The last date for the admissions is September 5.
The process of results’ declaration and issuance of certificate/degree to the students was expedited as per the instructions of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Siddiqui, he added. The AIOU has recently introduced an online tracking system for facilitation of students to check status of their degrees and certificates.
The status of the applications submitted by the students for provisional result cards and degrees could now be checked through the newly developed official website (dts.aiou.edu.pk).
