MARDAN: Around 18 suspects, including a proclaimed offender, were arrested in a search and strike operation in the district on Friday.
According to a statement issued by District Police Officer (DPO) Mian Saeed Ahmed, the Mardan Police along with army soldiers and officers carried out the joint search and strike operation under the supervision of SP Operation Abdul Rauf Babar in the limits of City Police Station. It said that police and army soldiers, including officers, took part in the operation.
