Former Chairman Security Exchanges Commission of Pakistan, Zafar Hijazi who was admitted to a private hospital in Rawalpindi after release from Adiala Jail has today shifted home with advice from doctors to take complete rest for few days.
Health condition of Zafar Hijazi, who already have multiple health issues, including renal impairment, diabetes and cardiac disorder, deteriorated during confinement and immediately after release from jail on 8th August, he got himself admitted to Jinnah Memorial Hospital, Rawalpindi.
Mrs Zafar Hijazi has confirmed that he is feeling much better now, and a few days rest at home will hopefully reverse the bad effects to his health. She further said that it is due to prays of well wishers that a patient with suppressed immunity system having other multiple health issues has survived in such unhygienic environment and harsh weather. She thanked all the well wishers who extended moral support to the family during the difficult times and also prayed for them.
