KARACHI: Karachi United Football Academy (Lyari Centre), Ghulshan Soccer Football Academy, National Soccer Academy and Madhoo Mohammad Football Academy qualified for the semi-finals of the inaugural Naya Nazimabad Inter Academy U19 Football Tournament here on Wednesday.
KUFA won all three matches to become Group ‘A’ leaders, while Gulshan Soccer Football Academy also qualified from the group on goal difference with Garrison Football Academy after both teams had accumulated four points each.
In group ‘B’, National Soccer Football Academy won both their matches and accumulated six points to emerge as group champions, while Madhoo Mohammad Football Academy lost one and won as many to also qualify from the group for the semi-finals. —PPI
