Punishing women for the crime committed by the men in her family is a centuries-old tradition. Since the beginning of the time, women have been sacrificed to pay the price of men’s sins. In today’s modern era, when people are talking about women’s empowerment, incidents like the one that happened in Multan sends the country back to the dark ages.
Can someone answer this innocent question: What was the fault of the sister that was ordered to be raped after her brother committed the rape crime? The concerned authorities must punish those people who are responsible for this unjust decision. These outdated systems should also be demolished.
