PESHAWAR: The Trade Development Authority Pakistan (TDAP) and Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WCCI), Peshawar, will jointly hold third “Women Entrepreneurs Trade Fair for 2015” on February 4 and 5 in the provincial capital.
The purpose of the annual exhibition is to build up market linkages of women entrepreneurs for promotion of their handicrafts in a befitting manner, besides ensuring participation in the nationwide trade exhibition in Karachi and abroad, said TDAP Director Noman Bashir while briefing journalists about the event at regional office here on Monday.
He said preparations have been completed for arranging expo, in which women entrepreneurs from Peshawar, Dera Ismail Khan, Charsadda, Swat, Abbottabad, and Multan and Lahore will participate to exhibit handmade products. More than 50 stalls would be set up at the two-day exhibition.
Flanked by TDAP Assistant Director Muhammad Zahid and others, he said TDAP had been organising Women Trade Fair for the last three years to provide a platform for women entrepreneurs to boost business.
