ANP leader wants NAP implemented

NOWSHERA: Condemning the Shikarpur imambargah attack, Awami National Party (ANP) General Secretary Mian Iftikhar Hussain Saturday urged the federal and provincial governments to implement the National Action Plan (NAP) in letter and spirit.
Speaking at a gathering in Manki Sharif here, he said the Shikarpur attack was aimed at fanning the flames of sectarianism.
Several activists of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) announced joining the ANP on the occasion.
He said the Afghan government and the Taliban trusted Chinaand it would play a pivotal role in negotiations between the two warring sides.
He said the US and Pakistan had close relationship and strong bilateral ties. He said the US should pay special attention toPakistan.
