FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) and the National Testing Services (NTS) have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
Fesco Chief Executive Officer Rashid Ahmad and NTS Punjab Regional Head Muhammad Javed singed the MoU in a function here. According to the MoU, the NTS would arrange test for recruitment to the Fesco from BPS-5 to BPS-17. Speaking on the occasion, the Fesco CEO said that the NTS would hold test for vacant posts. He said that registration forms would be available at the NTS website after publication of advertisement in newspapers.

FAISALABAD: Fesco Chief Executive Officer Rashid Ahmad has suspended Samundri SDO Muhammad Asif and Line Superintendent-II Muhammad Rehan after a lineman received a shock while working on a pole.
The Fesco CEO also issued a show-cause notice to the Samundri division XEN. Earlier, rural subdivision Lineman Muhammad Shabbir was working on a pole when he received a shock. As a result, he fell from the pole and was seriously injured. Meanwhile, the Fesco chief ordered an inquiry into the fire incident at Thikriwala grid station. Four employees also received burns in the incident.
