PESHAWAR: An improvised explosive device (IED), planted on roadside in Latifabad in the provincial capital, was defused on Tuesday. Police officials said a bomb was planted on roadside in Latifabad in Qazi Killay. The experts of the bomb disposal unit were called and the area was cordoned off. The IED was defused before it could go off.
