NEW DELHI: Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj has said that Pakistan and India are neighbours and neighbours cannot be changed. Speaking to the media, she said the decision to allow Pakistani infants to come to India for treatment was a goodwill gesture. She said the two countries have many issues but one cannot be refused for neighbourhood. She added that serious efforts were made for dialogue but situation was not suitable for it, adding that Pakistan would have to fulfil its responsibilities in this regard.
She said that no dialogue would take place until alleged intervention continued from across the border. The Indian foreign minister also said that there was no chance of a third-party intervention on Kashmir issue.
