Training and development
It is commendable that the National Productivity Organisation (NPO) has launched the schemes of the National Register for Trainers (NRT) and the National Register for Consultants (NRC). These schemes will aim at bringing consultants and professional trainers, and interns to a single place so that they can work together to increase productivity in all sectors. These schemes can play a dynamic and proactive role in improving the manufacturing, service and agriculture sectors of the country.
Experts who have relevant experience and skills can share their knowledge and expertise with a group of young professionals who have just entered into the work field. It is hoped that these schemes will help develop the country’s economy and help many organisations find resources best suited to their needs.
