5 POs among 51 arrested in Charsadda search

CHARSADDA: The police arrested 51 persons including five proclaimed offenders (POs) during search and strike operations in various areas in the district and seized arms from their possession on Wednesday, official sources said.They said that the police launched search in various areas falling in the limits of the Shabqadar, Battagram and Khawajawas police stations and made the arrest. They also seized 2 hand-grenades, 3 Kalashnikov rifles, four other rifles, light machinegun, five pistols and three kilograms of hashish.
