PESHAWAR: A group of civil society organisations (CSO) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa formed an alliance named “Men Unite” to support men in developing healthy self-awareness and meaningful relationships with women, children and other men beyond the limits of masculine stereotypes and social patterns that have divided men historically.
Qamar Naseem told The News that Pakhtun men were reconnecting their hearts to their heads, vanquishing stereotypes, and proving to be healthier role models.
Members of the alliance include men and women activists, journalists, lawyers, unions, student federations and NGOs.
