This is to draw the attention of the authorities to Karachi’s unattended garbage. Many people have expressed concerns over the problem of heaps of garbage scattered all over the city. They have also complained about the bad odour coming out of these piles of garbage. The provincial government is silent over the matter.
Karachi was once a clean city, but because of mismanagement and poor governance, it has now become a horrid wasteland. Unattended garbage does not only destroy the city’s natural beauty, but it is also a breeding home for mosquitoes carrying life-threatening diseases like dengue, chikungunya, etc. The authorities are requested to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
