The Sindh Services General Administration and Coordination Department has announced the reconstitution of the board of governors of the Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA).
A minister, adviser or special assistant to the chief minister would be chairman, a statement said on Friday.
MPA Faraz Dero, MPA Dr Sajeela Leghari and other officials, including the secretary of universities and boards, the secretary of labour and human resources, the finance secretary, the school and education secretary, the social welfare secretary, the information, science and technology secretary and the chairman of the Sindh Board of Technical Education will be its members.
Suhail Wajahat Siddiqui and Tahir Jawed, representing the industrialists community, Jam Feroz Unar, representing the agriculture community and other incumbents, including the chairman of the Korangi Association, the chairman of the Kotri Association of Trade and Industry, the president of the Employers Federation of Pakistan, a representative of the Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, and a representative of the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission will also be members.
