PESHAWAR: The residents of Palosai village on Saturday took out a rally to protest the alleged police excesses during search operations.
They alleged that the police arrested notables on the pretext of security.
The protesters rallied from Speen Jumaat situated near the University of Peshawar to the Peshawar Press Club. They complained that valuables were stolen during the ongoing search operation.
