This is to draw the attention of the chairman of the CDA to an important matter. The CDA has recently issued letters to the owners of Park Enclave plots to deposit the final installment within the next three weeks. The CDA will then handover possession of the plots to the owners. The work on the Park Enclave project is still in progress. The housing society has no electricity, gas and water connections. The question is: what are the allottees supposed to do after getting possession of the plots?
It is not prudent to build a house in an area which doesn’t have basic facilities like water and electricity. The chairman is therefore requested to look into the matter. The date for the payment of the last installment should be extended. The provision of water and electricity must be ensured so that the owners of the plots begin the construction of the houses.
