MNA Pervaiz Malik has said that the PML-N government has defeated dengue and it will defeat measles.
Addressing functions relating to creating awareness about measles at the Government Ayesha Degree College and National Science Museum, he expressed the government resolve to fight the epidemic. He said that during the 12-day campaign against the highly contagious disease children from the age of six months to 10 years would be given shots to protect them from measles.
MPAs Kiran Dar, Ghazali Butt and Health EDO Dr Zulfiqar Chaudhry also spoke.
