Judicial Magistrate Saadat Rasool on Monday ordered medical checkup of a dacoity accused. Wahndo police produced accused Imtiaz before the magistrate and sought his physical remand. In the meantime, the accused’s mother started hue and cry in the court and alleged that the police registered a false FIR against her son. She further alleged that the police tortured her son. To it, the magistrate ordered medical checkup of the accused and referred him to the DHQ Hospital medical superintendent.
