Faulty exploration

In the absence of modern extraction techniques and reinforced infrastructure, the recovery factor for oil from wells and other reserves is very low. We have heard about the discovery of large oil and gas reserves in the country during the past many years but all those explorations have ended in failure.
Therefore, the petroleum ministry is requested to facilitate exploratory activities and support refinery operations in Pakistan.
