Hollow resolve

We’ve heard about blame games played between the government and the opposition. But the petrol fiasco has ignited a blame game within the ranks of various ministers, ministries, regulatory authorities .
No commission or committee is needed for this gross negligence/incompetency of the ministries involved, especially the finance ministry for not providing funds and the PM’s secretariat for not taking timely notice of such blatant lapses. This shows the hollowness of the sitting government to solve problems facing the country.
