Less human

Every morning, approximately from 8am to 9am, I see the water sprinkling vehicle of the municipal committee sprinkling the roads near the district courts. But other areas that also lie within the jurisdiction of the municipal committee are never sprinkled with water. Apparently some areas are being given more attention

Every morning, approximately from 8am to 9am, I see the water sprinkling vehicle of the municipal committee sprinkling the roads near the district courts. But other areas that also lie within the jurisdiction of the municipal committee are never sprinkled with water. Apparently some areas are being given more attention than the others because these are inhabited by the so-called VIPs.
Don’t the authorities know that people living in other areas are also paying taxes? Or are they less human than the VIPs? The KP government, which has been opposing the VIP culture, is requested to direct the Charsadda municipal chief officer to treat every area of the district equally in the provision of services.
