LAHORE
The Lahore High Court on Friday dismissed petition of an Afghan national Gul Rehman challenging the suspension of Pakistan national identification cards of his as well as 50 members of his family by the interior ministry.
Justice Ayesha A Malik held that the petition was not maintainable, as the interior ministry had issued a notice to the petitioner and instead of submitting a reply to the notice, he had approached the court.
