LAHORE: PPPP President Asif Ali Zardari said on Tuesday his party would produce better results in the next general elections.
The remarks came as he held a meeting with the party’s MPAs from Punjab at the Bilawal House.
He urged the lawmakers to continue playing the role as opposition members effectively in and outside parliament, adding that the party would continue working for strengthening democracy for which it had made the largest contribution.
The party has a total eight MPAs in the House of 371 in the Punjab Assembly.
