Jaffarabad beat Naseerabad in Balochistan Football

KARACHI: Jaffarabad, Chaghi, Turbat, Sibi and Mastung won their matches in the PPL Balochistan Football Cup 2017 at different venues of Balochistan on Tuesday.

In the qualifying stage of the 37-team affair, Jaffarabad recorded an impressive 5-3 win over Naseerabad with Abid Hussain scoring a brace for the winners.

Shirani held Zhob to a 1-1 draw, while Turbat defeated Pasni 2-1. Mastung overwhelmed Washuk 3-0, Sibi prevailed over Ziarat 2-0 and Chaghi edged Pishin 2-1.

As many as 12 outfits will compete in the final round which will be held at Malibagh Football Ground in Quetta.
