Mango export earns Rs4.9b foreign exchange From Our Correspondent MULTAN: More than 86,000 tons mango has been exported during the last year, bringing Rs 4.9 billion foreign exchange to the country. It was said by Punjab Parliamentary Secretary Rana Aijaz Ahmed Noon while talking here on Tuesday. He asked the agriculture officials of the Southern Punjab to devise an extensive strategy to increase the volume of mango export. He warned the Agriculture EDOs of Multan, Muzaffargarh, Khanewal, Bahawalpur and Rahimyar Khan that negligence would not be acceptable at any level. The parliamentary secretary directed the agriculture officers to pay visit to mango producing areas and guide growers for preventive measures to save mango from thick frost. FEE SCHEDULE: The Bahauddin Zakariya University on Tuesday announced the fee schedule for BA/BSc annual examinations 2015 here. The regular and private candidates can deposit admission forms with single fee till Jan 30, 2015, while the admission forms will be acceptable with double fee till Feb 10 and with triple fee till March 5. The admission forms are also available at the university’s website.
