Travelers deprived of valuables in Kasur From Our Correspondent KASUR: Residents were deprived of cash, cellphones and valuables in several hits in different areas of Kasur. Ten robbers erected obstacles on a road in Chak No 38, Pattoki and deprived Ashraf, Yar Muhammad, Karam Din and others of cash, cellphones and valuables. The dacoits also intercepted a bus that was carrying factory workers and snatched valuables from them. On Badian Road near Ram Thamman in the area of Mustafabad police station, robbers snatched Rs 50,000 and three cellphones from TMA Kasur building inspector Muhammad Waseem, Abdul Shakeel, Naeem and others. Some robbers in police uniforms entered village Bhollay in the area of Mustafabad police station and took away Rs 800,000 and gold from houses of Muhammad Sadiq and others. In Dinpur, on Changa Manga road gunmen intercepted vehicle of Sardar Shaid Ali, who was heading to Pattoki with his family for treatment of his child, and snatched Rs 200,000 and four tola gold from him.
