LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif made his eight hours long visit to south Punjab on Tuesday where he, apart from other engagements, inaugurated the extension project of Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital in Muzaffargarh. His visit also reminded him of the devastations caused by floods in 2010. The scribe travelled with the chief minister during the visit and witnessed many heart-touching scenes there. After landing at Muzaffargarh helipad, the CM travelled in a passenger bus, instead to his bullet-proof car, to reach the site for inauguration. All regional lawmakers of the Pakistan Muslim League-N were present on the scene. Sharing his personal feelings with The News, the CM said that he could not sleep whole night following the Jinnah Hospital incident.
