MPA’s daughter weds
Two ex-PMs attend marriage ceremony

FAISALABAD: A marriage function of the daughter of MPA Raja Riaz Ahmad was held in a local hotel on Saturday.
The marriage of Sania Riaz was solemnized with Muhammad Ali, son of late Mumtaz Ali Khan.
A large number of politicians and businessmen of Faisalabad attended the ceremony.
The prominent guests who attended the function were: Former prime ministers Yusuf Raza Gilani and Pervaiz Ashraf, Senate chairman Nayyar Bokhari, Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal, ex-minister Rana Farooq Saeed, PPP leader Mian Manzoor Wattoo, Senator Tanvir Ahmad Kaira, Deputy Opposition Leader Shaukat Basar, Qasim Zia, and politician Mian Muhammad Latif.
MOTORCYCLIST DIES: A motorcyclist died in an accident on Faisalabad Road on Saturday.
Mumtaz Hussain, of Samundri, and his son Shahid were riding a motorcycle, when a speeding car No (LZC-6259) hit them near Aslam Petroleum on Faisalabad Road. As a result, they both sustained fatal injuries and were rushed to hospital, where Mumtaz succumbed to injuries.
