Woman ‘swindler’ arrested

KASUR: Ganda Singh police arrested a woman swindler on Monday.
Reportedly, accused Farah Bibi, Sajad and Rehman reached Bazeedpur village in a car and introduced themselves as office-bearers of an NGO and offered jobs and financial help to women.
They collected money from some women under the pretext of giving them membership of the NGO and went to Hussain Khanwala village at the outhouse of former Nazim Riaz Bhutta, who suspected their activities and informed police. The police arrested Farah Bibi. Sajad and Rehman managed to escape. Police seized the car and registered a case.
