Banking conference ends
A two-day conference of Punjab University’s Hailey College of Banking & Finance (HCBF) on “Banking, Insurance and Business Management” has concluded. As many as eighty three research papers were presented in twenty sessions of the conference. A good number of students from different business schools attended the conference while scholars from different business schools presented their research papers in the disciplines of banking, insurance, finance, marketing, organizational behavior, halal certifications and awareness. Each paper presentation was followed by a question-answer session. The convener and the HCBF Principal Prof Dr Mubashar Munawar Khan in his closing remarks applauded the scholars for presenting their intellectual contributions. —Correspondent
