Judge ordered to immediately retire 

The chief justice of the Sindh High Court has imposed a major penalty of ‘compulsory retirement’ on Additional District and Sessions Judge Akhtar Sultana with immediate effect.

According to a statement issued on Tuesday, Akhktar Sultana was accused of misconduct, inefficiency and corruption. After considering all the facts, the court ordered the judge to immediately retire.
