It is quite common for Pakistani minor children to drive cars. These under-aged drivers drive their vehicles carelessly. Often, they use mobile phones – for sending messages – while driving. This is a prime cause of accidents. This is not only unsafe for under-aged drivers but any other driver can lose his/her life because of the negligence of careless drivers.
In addition to the above-mentioned problem, there is a glaring issue which leads to fatal accidents – untrained drivers. It is saddening that untrained drivers or drivers without a proper licence are wandering on roads without any proper check-and-balance. Because of such violation of the law, a lot of families lose their family members in fatal accidents. The government is requested to take proper step to ensure that no under-age driver is driving a car and that each driver has a driving licence.
