LAHORE
THE Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) arrested 16 criminals, including three Proclaimed Offenders, one court absconder, and one culprit of dacoity.
The Proclaimed Offenders were identified as Asmatullah, Ashiq Husain and Khadim Hussain. The court absconder was Jamal, and a culprit of dacoity was M. Imran.
The PHP recovered stolen wood valuing Rs. 86,000 from one Shahid Uallah and 320 kg stolen iron of Pakistan Railway from Malik Ashiq and Waqar.
The PHP also recovered illegal arms from Munawar Hussain, Shahid Nadeem, Naveed Iqbal, Sadiq, Abu Bakar, Allah Ditta, Zahid Mehmood and Allah Rakha. The PHP reunites three lost children Abdullah, M. Shahid and Gulzar Hassan with their families.
